BioHiya! This is Meela also known as miekochan on LJ! This is my Curves LJ for me to chronicle my adventures in doing the Curves Fitness and Weight Loss Program. I decided to put my entries here instead of trying to keep up with filters and stuff for those following my progress.
I started the Curves' Permanent Weight Loss without Permanent Dieting on February 12, 2005 and from then I've been logging my progress. This LJ will be friends only and will contain personal info on my progress. Only those are interested in knowing my journey for a better, healthier me can see these entries.
